Mental Health
Taking care of yourself includes your medical health and your mental health.

It is common to have stress, anxiety, challenges, and different moods. There are things you can do to take care of yourself at home like hobbies, music, exercise, talking to friends or family, motivational videos, and more.

But if your mental health starts affecting your life, your family and your job, you may need more help from a counselor or a doctor. It is good to get help.

If you get hurt or sick, you call a medical doctor. If you think you need emotional help, your medical doctor could recommend a counselor, a therapist, a psycologist, or a psychiatrist. There are also support groups.

It is a very good thing to get the help you need to take care of yourself and your family and to enjoy your life.
